Straight-through pipeline filter is mainly composed of nozzle, cylinder, filter element, flange, flange cover and fasteners. The installation on the pipeline can remove the larger solid impurities in the fluid, so that the machinery, equipment and instruments can work and run normally, thus stabilizing the technological process and ensuring safe production. When the liquid enters the filter element through the cylinder, the solid impurity particles are blocked outside the filter element, while the clean fluid is filtered and discharged from the outlet at the other end of the filter. When cleaning is needed, unscrew the plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, clean it and reinstall it. Therefore, it is very convenient to use and maintain.
